Senior Manager -Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall digital media plan and execution across Google Search, Display, FB ads, Native.
- Create and manage digital marketing (Brand, Programmatic, social, affiliates) strategies and leverage campaigns to deliver on business objectives.
- Own the strategic development of performance marketing, through a strong mar-tech and data- driven acquisition approach for app growth, content vertical growth and new digital product Go-To-Market strategy and execution.
- Drive, manage and partner with key internal stakeholders.
- Manage large scale campaign planning, execution and optimization strategy for both performance and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn and other B2B marketing campaigns to generate strong partnership leads.

Requirements





- 8+ years of experience in Performance and Digital Marketing for consumer products with a focus on Preferred combination of experience in online acquisition and retention marketing in an in-house digital marketing setup.
- A positive understanding of funnels, audience segmentation, creative best practices and marketing briefs.
- Excellent skills in analytical and logical reasoning, ability to analyze large and complex data-sets to realize appropriate strategies and solutions for programs and campaigns.
- Thorough understanding and experience of Bid optimisers, RTB, DSPs, Ad exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation and web analytics tools like GA360 / amplitude / Appsflyer / Firebase / Clevertap.
- Excellent hands-on exposure to managing and optimizing campaigns on Adwords, Bing, Facebook, and other ad platforms.
- Enthusiasm to learn and upskill on processes, tools and best practices basis new trends.
