Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing and packing equipment.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, and associated equipment.
- Handle plant utilities such as boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, pumps, and water systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, including motors, electrical panels, and associated equipment.
- Carry out mechanical maintenance of machinery, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and other engineering equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of process equipment, including granulators, blenders, tablet compression, coating, and capsule filling machines.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and checklists in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments to minimize equipment downtime and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
