Job Summary

Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced IT Recruiters with 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, particularly in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring. Candidates must have experience in client handling, coordinating with client POCs, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Handle client communications and coordinate with client POCs for requirements, candidate submissions, interview feedback, and hiring updates.
- Understand client-specific recruitment processes and hiring expectations.
- Ensure quality submissions and perform candidate duplicacy checks.
- Upload candidate profiles and maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers,



and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably in C2H hiring.
- Experience in client handling and POC coordination is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
- Robust sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with client-specific recruitment processes, profile submissions, and candidate uploading.
- Experience working with large clients is preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech/BE, or MBA (HR).

Additional Requirements

- Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection.
- Maximum employment gap permitted: 6 months.
- Candidates should mention the clients, technologies, and client-handling experience in their CV.
