Job Title: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct intake meetings with clients to understand hiring requirements and candidate qualification criteria.
- Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, company databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and prepare shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
- Provide interview preparation and guidance to candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding hiring progress and candidate status.
- Keep accurate records of candidate profiles, resumes, interview feedback, and recruitment activities.




- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
- Comfortable working in Night Shifts.

Compensation & Benefits
