Role Overview

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will build the enterprise pipeline across quick commerce, e-commerce, retail, and D2C brands, and set up demos of NAKADs ARP SaaS platform for the Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities

- Pipeline generation: Build and maintain a solid enterprise prospect pipeline.
- Outreach: Connect with decision-makers via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Research: Study target brands and identify their pain points.
- Qualification: Assess prospect needs and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
- Demo scheduling:



Book product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Follow-ups: Nurture early-stage relationships with consistent follow-up.
- CRM: Keep outreach and pipeline records accurate and up to date.
- Collaboration: Work with AEs and leadership to improve outreach and conversion rates.

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized, with good follow-up and time management
- Research and analytical ability to identify high-potential accounts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to have: Exposure to SaaS, fintech, quick commerce, e-commerce, or enterprise sales.
