Location: Hisar (On-site Deployment)

About the Role

Sage Technologies is looking for an SAP SD Consultant with hands-on experience in handling SAP SD processes and coordinating MM-related issues at plant locations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and business process optimization for sales and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support and enhancements for SAP SD modules.
- Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Handle MM-related integration issues impacting plant operations.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and inventory movement.
- Work closely with end users and plant stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Coordinate with MM, FI, and other functional teams for cross-module activities.
- Support master data management for customers, materials, pricing, and related configurations.
- Participate in testing,



user training, and documentation activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets and support requests.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of SAP SD consulting/support experience.
- Good understanding of SAP SD business processes.
- Knowledge of SAP MM integration and plant-related operations.
- Experience in Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
- Understanding of Inventory Management and Material Movement processes.
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or plant environments.
- Exposure to GST, E-Invoicing, and logistics processes.
- Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
