Mandatory Skills

- Robust hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/DS.
- Deep knowledge of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with multi-plant / multi-country SAP implementations.
- Proven experience in global SAP template rollout and template governance.
- Strong integration knowledge across PP/DS, PP, MM, SD and manufacturing.
- Experience conducting and leading Fit-to-Standard / Fit-to-Template workshops.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with business, plant and IT leadership.
- Ability to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable SAP solutions while maintaining global template standards.
