Job Title: FAO Team Lead Accounting, Compliance & Reporting

Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: CA Finalist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Manage client communication and accounting deliverables.
- Lead a team of junior accountants and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
Required Skills: Indian GAAP/US GAAP, accounting software, advanced Excel, client management, and team leadership.
Preferred: Experience in accounting outsourcing or multi-client environments with international clients.
Face to Face discussion is mandatory at Koramangala (Bangalore)
