Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits for coding accuracy across assigned specialties.
Review CPT coding, modifiers, and documentation for completeness and compliance.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, payer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Identify coding discrepancies and provide actionable feedback.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for coding errors and recommend process improvements.
Maintain audit reports and quality metrics.
Support coder training and continuous knowledge enhancement.




Handle 1st to 6th Series coding requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Certification Mandatory: CPC / CIC / CCS / COC
Experience: 2-6 years in the specialties listed above
QA Coders should have prior coding and QA/Auditing experience
Strong knowledge of CPT codes, surgical procedures, and modifiers (51, 59, etc.)
Positive understanding of coding compliance and industry guidelines
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Additional Requirements

Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to a 1-month notice period preferred
Willingness to work from the Noida office location
