Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager - Business Excellence to support the setup and scaling of the B2C business . The role will involve business analysis, performance tracking, process improvement, and coordination with various teams to improve business efficiency and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the setup, development, and scaling of the B2C business .
- Analyse business performance, sales data, revenue, and key business metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, and performance reports for management review.
- Identify business gaps and opportunities for improving operational and commercial performance.
- Support the development and implementation of business processes and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to achieve business objectives.
- Track business targets, KPIs, and performance against plans.
- Conduct basic financial and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, business planning,



and performance reviews.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
- Support management in preparing business presentations, reports, and data-driven recommendations.

Candidate Profile

- MBA or CA Inter qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Excellence, Business Development, Business Analysis, Strategy, MIS, Operations, or a related function.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis .
- Understanding of business processes, revenue metrics, and performance tracking.
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work with data and convert analysis into actionable business insights.
- Candidates with experience in B2C business or business scaling will be preferred.
