Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting activities, financial record maintenance, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, numerical accuracy, and familiarity with accounting software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily financial records and accounting entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Record daily business transactions accurately.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and basic tax compliance.
- Verify bills, invoices, and expense statements.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.




- Coordinate with senior accountants and other departments as required.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping is preferred.
- Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant accounting experience can apply.
