Agarwal Estates is looking for a proactive and target-driven Rental Team Manager to lead the rental team, drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance.
- Achieve monthly rental business and revenue targets.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build solid relationships with property owners and tenants.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated property listings on CRM, 99acres, and MagicBricks.
- Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and brokerage collections.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Requirements:

- Experience managing at least 5 direct reportees.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with a focus on business growth.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for property visits and client meetings.
- Real estate rental or leasing experience is preferred.
- Candidates from sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries are welcome.
- Knowledge of Kannada and having a two-wheeler are an advantage.
