We are looking for a results-driven HR professional to manage recruitment and HR operations.
Location: Thane West
Shift: 6 PM –4 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple US-based positions
- Learn and apply US recruitment practices, hiring processes, and documentation requirements
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities as required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in US recruitment, preferably blue-collar/staffing recruitment, is highly preferred
- Proficient in using job portals and other sourcing platforms to attract top talent
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Consistently meet recruitment targets and timelines with a results-driven approach
