Job SummaryRock Tech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, meet potential clients, develop customer relationships, and support business growth through field visits and office-based sales activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
- Visit potential customers and explain company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects, prepare quotations, and support deal closures.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, and sales follow-up records.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle both field sales activities and office-based reporting and follow-ups.
- RequirementsQualification: Intermediate or Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in sales or business development preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
