Job Description:

We are hiring an Online Service Engineer to provide remote technical support for solar water pumps and solar street lights through video calls and phone. This is a non-field, office-based support role.

Responsibilities:

- Guide customers online with installation and troubleshooting.
- Assist with PCB, VFD, pump systems, and solar equipment.
- Resolve technical issues through video calls and phone.
- Maintain service records and coordinate with field teams when needed.

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and solar systems.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Freshers are welcome! Training can be provided to candidates with strong technical knowledge.
