*Job Description: Logistics Coordinator (Female WFH)*

* Tracking and Updating Accurate Plight Information On the System.

* Coordinate with Clients to Get Loads On Time by Negotiating for The Best Rates





* Coordinate with Truckers to Connect the Load

* Follow-Up for Loading And Unloading Vehicles On-Time With The Warehouse Supervisors

*Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications*

1. Flexibility Working hours.

2. Hindi and other local languages required.

3.Age limit from 18 to 29.

4.WFH Only for Female.

5.Valuable in communication.

*Salary package:*

The salary is purely incentive-based. Upon completion of the training session and achieving the first target, a confirmation of ₹5,000 will be provided. Subsequently, the salary will be calculated based on the number of targets completed, with an average rate of ₹500 per target.

? Incentive Structure:

⚠️ No Fixed Salary – This is a PURELY Incentive-Based role.

• After completing training + achieving the first target: ₹5000 confirmation incentive

• After that, incentives are based on the number of targets completed

• Average incentive: ₹200 to 1000 per target depend on truck size and location

• Your earnings will depend on your successful target achievements.
