We are looking for a customer-focused Service Telesales Executive to connect with existing customers, generate service appointments, promote vehicle maintenance services, and improve customer retention.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for periodic maintenance and service reminders.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the Service Advisors.
- Follow up with customers for pending services and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and value-added services.
- Contact customers with overdue services to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain customer call records, appointment details, and follow-up updates in the system.
- Coordinate with the Aftersales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling targets and service appointment conversion goals.
- Ensure skilled communication and a positive customer experience.
