Position OverviewThe Crust Industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Manager to lead and oversee production operations within our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety, optimizing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end production operations to ensure timely achievement of production targets.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, quality management systems, GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Control production costs, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff to foster a high-performance work environment.




- Analyze production metrics and prepare management reports highlighting key performance indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality enhancement, and process optimization.
- Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained across all production activities.
- Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Production Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Strong understanding of food production processes, quality systems, and food safety regulations.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management systems.
- Preferred AttributesExperience in Bakery, Confectionery, FMCG, or Large-Scale Food Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
