Job Role:

- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of specialists to optimize daily operational workflows, policy processing.
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the highly accurate evaluation, underwrite-routing, and servicing portfolios.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulatory standards, internal policy guidelines, and data security requirements across all process activities.
- Resolve complex escalations related to claims processing, beneficiary payouts, and customer accounts to maintain outstanding service quality.




- Identify process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline policy administration systems and maximize team productivity

Key Requirements:

Age: 35+

Degree: Graduate

Experience: No experience needed - Training will be provided

Flexibility: Work from home, Adaptable working hours, Weekly 2 times meeting at office to be attended

Location: Candidates in & around Nanganallur, Chennai area for a radius of 5 kms is preferred
