GVPR Engineers Limited is looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive large-ticket IT transformation, Smart City, ICCC, surveillance and related technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop large IT/ICT, Smart City, ICCC and digital transformation opportunities.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with Government Departments, Municipal Corporations, Police Departments, Smart City SPVs and institutional clients.
• Track upcoming projects, budgets, tenders, RFPs and procurement plans.
• Drive opportunities from lead generation and qualification through bidding, negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate with Presales, Solution, Projects, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams for bids and proposals.




• Develop strategic relationships with OEMs, System Integrators and technology partners.
• Explore consortium, JV and strategic partnership opportunities for large government projects.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, revenue targets and MIS reporting.

Candidate Profile
• 8–15 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in IT, ICT, Smart City, City Surveillance, System Integration or Government projects.
• Strong experience in Government amp; Institutional Business Development.
• Exposure to CCTV, VMS, ICCC, Video Analytics, Networking, Surveillance or related technology solutions.
• Strong experience in Government Tenders, RFPs, Bid Management and large project sales.
• Strong network with Government Departments, Consultants, OEMs and System Integrators will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
