1. Candidates' major work experience should be from DST & open market, Connectors , Self Sourcing.
2. Must have experience of HL/LAP/Mortgage loan.
3. We should not prefer candidates from branch banking vertical as they are use to get in house leads and not use to source from open market.
4. After such filtration we may get few candidates but those will be quality candidates and it will be easier for us to select them
