We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Flagman devices at customer sites across India and outside India.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Flagman devices at customer sites.
- Perform basic electrical wiring and ensure proper PLC connections.
- Understand and support basic API and software integration requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to customers.
- Work with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
- Provide basic training and support to customers on the usage of Flagman.
- Document installation activities and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical wiring.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows.
- Basic familiarity with SCADA systems.
- Basic understanding of APIs and software integration.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valuable communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Freshers and candidates with 0-1 year of experience can apply.
