Prior experience in US/UK Banking Processes:
KYC KYB AML TM EDD Financial Analysis (Voice or Non-Voice).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good typing skills (30+ WPM with high accuracy is an added advantage).
Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet tight deadlines.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented International Banking Analysts to join our Global Banking & Financial Crime Compliance Operations. This is a non-voice international process role where you will support global clients across US/UK banking operations, ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, KYB, Transaction Monitoring, and Enhanced Due Diligence standards.





This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced international banking setting and are passionate about financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform KYC, KYB, AML, EDD, and Transaction Monitoring activities in line with global regulatory standards.
Review, analyze, and verify customer and business profiles to assess risk.
Handle international client queries via and chat with professionalism and accuracy.
Investigate alerts, identify suspicious activity, and escalate cases as per compliance guidelines.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
Ensure strict adherence to US/UK banking regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
Meet individual and team performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and compliance.
