Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries* for US customers across Voice, Chat, and

- Provide world-class customer experience* by resolving issues related to products, orders, and services

- Accurately document interactions* in CRM and follow escalation process when needed

- Work collaboratively with team to drive performance and improve customer satisfaction.
