Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound s to customers regarding pending payments
Follow up with customers and ensure timely collections
Explain repayment options and resolve payment-related queries
Maintain accurate records of s and collections
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Escalate complex cases to the supervisor when required
Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers are welcome to apply
Experience in collections or BPO is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
Willingness to work 6 days a week
