Hiring for BPO - Center/ Customer Service Tele-sales Tele-Collection

Eligibility Criteria:
*12th - Graduate
*Fresher - Experienced
*Location - Bangalore ( Koramangala, Whitefield, Electronic City, Bellandur, Marathalli, Bommanahalli )
*Language Skills - English + Hindi ( Mandatory)
*5 working days - 2 Rotational off
* Rotational Shift - work From Office.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-up and collections.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and collection status.
