Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer s in English and Gujarati
Resolve customer queries related to products/services
Provide correct information and support as per process guidelines
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Document details and update customer records accurately
Follow company policies and quality standards
Work Details:
- 5days working 2 days off
