Job Description:

We are looking for a Bengali/Tamil, Malayalam Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and/or outbound customer s. The candidate must be fluent in Bengali/Tamil/Malayalam and comfortable communicating in basic English or Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer s in Bengali/Tamil/Malayalam professionally and confidently
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products or services
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
Update customer details and logs in the system
Follow company policies and communication guidelines

Requirements:

Fluency in Bengali Tamil/ Malayalam (any one language fluency mandatory)
Basic knowledge of English/Hindi
Good communication and listening skills
Minimum 10+2 Graduate preferred
Only Experienced Candidate can apply.
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
