Job Description:

As an International Voice Process Associate for a Customer Service Representative domain, you will be responsible for handling customer s from international clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities:





- Handle inbound queries from customers in a skilled and friendly manner.

- Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.

- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

- Work Location: Bangalore

- Shifts: UK Shift & US Shift (5 days work2 days off)
