*Location:* Bellandur, kormangala, marathalli, hoodi

*Department:* customer support, sales and collections we have all process for NON IT

Role Summary

inbound/outbound s. Focus on customers related queries resolving understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound/inbound s to generate and convert leads

- Explain product features, perks, premiums, and policies to customers

- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow-up with prospects

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance

*Eligibility Criteria

- *Education:* PUC Graduate Both can apply

- *Experience:* Fresher or Experienced candidates welcome

- *Languages:* Hindi & English

- *Skills:* Good communication, convincing skills, target-driven mindset

- *Working Days:* 6 days working with 1 rotational off.
