Domestic BPO Executive

Job Summary:

A Domestic BPO Executive handles customer interactions within the country through s, s, or chat. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, providing product or service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The executive maintains records of interactions, follows communication protocols, and meets performance targets related to quality and efficiency. Robust communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential.

Job Requirements:

-Fresher/ Experience both are Welcome.

-Min 6 month Experience needed in Domestic Customer support or Sales.(Experience should have proper papers from their previous organization )

-6days working 1 day off(Day Shift).

-Location: Marathahalli, Tin Factory, Bommanahalli, Bangalore.

-Language- English+ Hindi (Hindi should be Very fluent on this role).

-Salary: Freshers(16k-18k inhand + Incentives)/ Experience(25K inhand + Incentives) (Incentives based on the performance).

- Candidates should be in Bangalore only preferred.
