1. MLCS

- Handle customer queries and requests through email, chat, and back-office support channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to international customers.
- Process customer requests, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Experience - 0-6 months

Qualification - Ug/Grad

Language - English ( Excellent)

Location - BTM Layout

Shifts - US Shifts ( 2 rot. week off)

Immediate Joining Only ( Virtula Rounds )

Note- Work from Office ( laptop must for Interview).
