What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with international clients.Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining high service standards.Provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in the system.Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. International Voice Process experience is preferred; Both Fresher and candidates with any international customer support background are welcome to apply. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.Immediate joiners can take the advantage.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
