Customer Associate - International Non Voice Process (WFH)

Requirements:-

Excellent written English communication skills grammar, spelling, and sentence structure must be strong.
Prior experience in International Non-Voice Live Chat Support preferred (typically 6 months 2 years).
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously with accuracy and speed.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and typing skills (40+ WPM with high accuracy is an advantage).

Job Description:

As an International Non Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer Chats from international clients, providing effective and effective solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities,



and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.

Meet individual and team performance metrics, including handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
