Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales, Customer Support & Collection Executives. The role involves handling customer queries, promoting products/services, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer s in a qualified manner.
Explain product/services to customers and assist them in the sales process.
Follow up with customers for payments and ensure timely collections.
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions within timelines.
Maintain proper records of s, sales, and collections.




Work closely with the team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).Minimum 6 months experience is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English+ Hindi, English+ any 2 south languages
Prior experience in sales, customer support, or collections is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
