Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through s, chat, or professionally Provide timely and accurate resolutions to international customers Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality Escalate complex issues to the concerned teams when required Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills in English Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in night shifts Prior experience in international voice/customer support is preferred Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

Immediate joiners Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
