International Voice Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Voice Support Executive to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound s to support international clients across different time zones. You will address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English (and/or other required languages), the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Prior experience in a BPO or customer support role is preferred.

Key and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice s for international customers. Resolve queries related to products,



services, orders, and billing in a timely and professional manner. Meet performance targets, including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Job Criteria:

-Work Location: Bangalore

-Shifts Timings: 5days of working 2days of rotational week off

- Freshers/Experienced both are welcome.

- Cabs will be provided.

-Immediate joiners Only!

-Candidate who are in Bangalore are only preferred.

-Candidate should have positive communication and grammatical skills in English.
