Hiring for Sales Collection Officer (Out Bound Sales Process)
Job Description-
Education Qualification- PUC, Graduation
Relevant Experience-Freshers or Minimum of 6 months of Experience in any Sales Process
Preferred Experience Shouldbe having On-Paper Sales experience (preferably NBFC/Bank process Experience of Personal & Business loan will be added advantage)

Making enhanced outbound s on leads provided by the company (On requirement)Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client. Doing Daily audits for team, agency and agents and making necessary reports on it. Manage team and agency performance,
related to the assigned process.To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions. To be a pro-active member of the team and support all s.To collate, analyse and utilize statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.Valuable in Analytics and strategies. To ensure that the Centre KPIs are met. Implementing sales strategies. Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the sales agenciesSetting weekly and monthly sales targets. Compiling and presenting sales reports.
