*Role Overview*

You will be the first point of for customers. The role involves handling inbound/outbound s, resolving customer queries related to insurance policies, claims, renewals, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Address customer queries via regarding policies, claims, endorsements & renewals

- Provide accurate information and resolution in a timely & empathetic manner

- Maintain logs and update customer records in CRM

- Meet quality & productivity targets as per company guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

- Education: 12th Graduation Minimum qualification required

- Languages: English + Hindi Mandatory. Excellent verbal communication skills

- Skills: Customer handling, problem-solving, good listening skills, basic computer knowledge.
