We are hiring Hindi Voice Support Executives for a domestic process. The role involves handling inbound/outbound s from Indian customers and resolving their queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer s in Hindi (basic English knowledge required)
Resolve customer queries related to products/services
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions
Follow company policies and process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass Any Graduate
Fluent Hindi speaking is mandatory
Basic English understanding
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers welcome)
Shift & Working Days:
Day Shift only
6 days working 1 rotational week off
