Process: Domestic Voice (Inbound/Outbound)

Experience: 03 Years (Freshers are welcome)

Key Responsibilities

Outbound ing: Make daily s to customers regarding pending or overdue EMI/loan payments.

Negotiation: Educate customers on the impact of non-payment on their Credit Score and negotiate feasible repayment plans.

Account Management: Handle "soft" to "mid-bucket" collections, ensuring timely follow-ups on Promised to Pay (PTP) dates.

Query Resolution: Address customer disputes or grievances related to billing, interest rates, or payment methods professionally.

Documentation: Accurately update customer interaction details, payment status, and follow-up notes in the CRM system.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to the RBI Fair Practice Code (no use of abusive language, harassment, or ing at odd hours).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
