Handle domestic voice processes for various clients across different industries.
Process incoming customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in BPO/ Centre environment with exposure to Inbound process (domestic).
Robust communication skills in Hindi language with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
