Key Skills Experience

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in IBM DataStage Administration.
- Strong knowledge of IBM DataStage ETL processes and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience in Linux/Unix administration and Shell Scripting.
- Hands-on experience in DataStage installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations.
- Knowledge of Control-M, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes.
- Experience with job automation, REST APIs, and workflow orchestration.
- Understanding of performance tuning and troubleshooting of DataStage jobs.
- Robust analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Banking domain experience is preferred.
