- 2yrs - 6Years of experience in IT, Talent Acquisition & NONIT Recruitment with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, market mapping, and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to manage IT as well as NON IT requirements in banking & financial Domain and meet defined hiring TATs.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and deliver quality profiles within timelines.

2yrs - 6Years of IT & NONIT recruitment experience with experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H). .

Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.

Proven Experience in sourcing hiring talent across diverse IT domains, including Software Development, QA/Testing, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies and also NON-IT in Banking & Financial domains such as KYC/AML, trade, Fund, Capital market, Asset services, financial analyst & Accounts payable ectc.
