JD:

- 5+ years of experience in finance systems, finance operations, or ERP implementation/support roles within complex organisations.
- Robust working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials including modules such as AR, AP, Tax and Revenue Management. Ability to assess configuration and process impacts independently.
- Experience in complex and large-scale transformation programs — you have been through system migrations, re-platforming, or major process redesign and know how to navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to assess project initiatives for finance impact — not just system impact, but understanding the accounting, reporting,



and compliance consequences.
- Strong documentation skills — proven ability to distill complex technical and financial findings into concise, business-friendly one-pagers and executive summaries.
- Experience working with integration teams — comfortable reviewing integration designs, data flows, and API/file-based interfaces to identify finance touchpoints.
- Fintech or SaaS company experience is strongly preferred — familiarity with subscription billing, revenue recognition complexity, or high-volume transaction environments.
