We are looking for a hands-on Production Engineer to manage daily shop-floor production and ensure jobs are completed on time, with positive quality and minimum rejection.

? Responsibilities• Plan & monitor daily production

• Handle CNC, VMC & conventional machining jobs

• Coordinate with operators and shop-floor manpower

• Read mechanical drawings & understand job requirements

• Monitor quality, productivity & delivery schedules

• Manage tooling, inserts, materials & consumables

• Maintain daily production reports

• Solve production issues and reduce rejection/rework

• Coordinate with Stores, Quality & Dispatch

✅ We Are Looking For• Mechanical Diploma / BE / B.Tech

• 1–4 years manufacturing experience

• Good knowledge of CNC/VMC & machining

• Mechanical drawing reading skills

• Good communication & team-handling ability

• Hands-on and responsible attitude
