We are looking for a Café Operations Manager / Café Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* POS & billing management
* Inventory & stock management
* Customer handling & complaint resolution
* Staff management & shift allocation
* Daily sales & stock reporting
* Maintaining café hygiene and smooth operations
Experience: Freshers can also apply. Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Café/QSR/Restaurant/Retail operations are preferred.
Salary: ₹15000-20000/month, depending on experience and capabilities. Performance incentives may be offered.
For freshers, we are looking for someone who is smart, responsible, willing to learn, comfortable with computers/POS, and has valuable communication and people-management skills.
