Key Responsibilities:
· Install and configure software, hardware, networks, printers, and scanners
· Install Windows 10&11
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues and outages.
· Set up user accounts for new users on laptops and desktops.
· Manage and coordinate with the internet vendor to resolve internet issues/ concerns at the office
· Laptop setup for current joiners
· Responsible for diagnosing, documenting, and resolving hardware-related issues
· Provide support for all software and application installations such as Office, Outlook, etc.
· Troubleshooting and debugging performance issues.
· Providing technical support for hardware issues
· On-site installation and repair of computers
· Test and re- test parts to ensure they work properly
· Testing and verifying hardware and various peripherals
· Specify power supply requirements and configuration
· Repairing motherboard at L2 level.
