Job Responsibilities:
- Handle IndiaMART inquiries and respond to customer leads.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Have knowledge of Hand Tools, Power Tools, and related products.
- Generate quotations and coordinate with customers.
- Manage leads and maintain customer records.
- Convert inquiries into sales orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience with IndiaMART is required.
- Knowledge of Hand Tools and Power Tools is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.
