- Lead Generation & Sales: Acquire recent loan customers like personal loan and business loan through through leads given by the TL team
- Client Consultation: Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to prospective borrowers.
- Document Verification: Collect and verify customer KYC, income proofs, bank statements, and collateral details through mobile whatsup
- Credit Analysis: Assess the financial status and creditworthiness of applicants to determine risk and structure appropriate loan terms.
- Team & Operations Coordination: Work closely with credit, legal, and underwriting teams to move files smoothly from application to sanction and disbursement.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales, acquisition, and disbursement targets
